President Volodymyr Zelensky said that in January, the Russian military have launched more than 330 missiles and about 600 combat UAVs targeting the territory of Ukraine.

He stated that Ukraine needs strong air defense to withstand enemy air attacks.

‘We are building this air shield with our partners,’ Zelensky added.

He also said that Ukraine must control its skies, because it is critical both at the frontline and for hospitals and schools in the cities all over Ukraine.

‘Air defense and electronic warfare are our priorities. Russian terror must be stopped, and it is possible,’ the president concluded.
