The Security Service detained two FSB informants who participated in the preparation of military operations of the Russian Federation against the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the area near Sloviansk.

In order to plan air attacks on the city, the occupiers hoped to receive approximate geolocations of the anti-aircraft missile systems of the Armed Forces.

In addition, the agents collected intelligence on the HIMARS rocket systems, checkpoints and fortifications in the area.

The SBU continues investigation into the case. The detainees may face up to 12 years of imprisonment.
