Ukraine received 40 ambulance vehicles from Korea

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine received 40 ambulances from the Korean Red Cross to provide emergency medical care during the war.

The batch includes 20 KIA and 20 Hyundai Staria ambulance cars.

The project was implemented with the support of the Korean government and the Ukrainian Red Cross.

The cars are equipped with means that allow providing vital assistance to patients during medical transportation. The vehicles will be used in different regions of Ukraine.

In total, more than 150 ambulances have been received from the Republic of Korea since 2022.

The ministry added that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Russians have destroyed 261 and captured 125 ambulances in Ukraine.
