The MV-4 de-mining machine, assembled and localized in Ukraine, has received a certificate of conformity.

The Ukrainian company A3tech received a certificate of compliance of the DOK-ING MV-4 de-mining machine with the requirements set forth in Government Resolution No. 271 regarding the mandatory certification of mechanized demining equipment.

This will allow the manufacturing company to switch to the industrial production of machines for the needs of the market: both government structures and humanitarian demining operators.

The company A3tech, which assembles and localizes Croatian DOK-ING machines, has increased its staff by 12% since the beginning of the year.

In addition, the company has involved in the production another factory, which manufactures some components. ‘Assembling and localizing the production of de-mining machines in Ukraine accelerates the repair or replacement of parts in case of detonation. In addition, it facilitates access to equipment for humanitarian demining operators,’ said deputy minister Ihor Bezkaravainyi.

The plaintiff claims the document was falsified and that the sanctions are a tool of political persecution of the opposition, contrary to international norms. Government representatives deny the allegations and insist their actions were lawful. Journalists of Bukvy were present at the hearing.

The new facility, funded by Metinvest with an investment of UAH 21 million, is more secure than the first one thanks to its deeper location underground (over 6 meters) and additional fortifications.
