Kharkiv endures 26 attacks in November, – city mayor

The city of Kharkiv faced a barrage of 26 attacks from Russian forces in November, with 14 of them causing serious damage to apartment building, according to city mayor Ihor Terekhov. Despite the relentless assaults, the city has bounced back managing to repair a great share of the its infrastructure.
“As of today, nearly all apartment windows and communal areas have been restored. Repairs are also complete on 67% of damaged balconies and 50% of rooftops,” Terekhov said in his Monday update on social media.
To tackle the aftermath of these attacks, the city has mobilized over 450 municipal workers and 50 pieces of equipment. Volunteers have also played a role, teaming up with repair crews to assist affected residents.
“A huge thank you to everyone involved. The work continues!” Terekhov added, giving credit to all those who keep Kharkiv standing in the face of adversity.
