144 combat clashes reported over last 24 hours,- Ukraine’s General Staff

A total of 144 clashes have been recorded along the entire frontline over the last 24 hours, said Ukraine’s General Staff in its mornign update on Thursday.
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy continued offensive and assault actions, with 20 clashes taking place in the areas of Hlyboke and Vovchansk. The Russian troops actively used bomber aviation for strikes.
In the Kupiansk sector, the number of attacks increased to 11. Defense forces repelled all enemy assaults near Synkivka, Novoosynove, Andriivka, Berestove, and Stelmakhivka.
In the Lyman sedtor, Ukrainian troops foiled ten attacks near Hrekivka, Makiivka, Terny, Torske, and in the Serebrianske forest.
In the Siversk sector, Ukrainian defense forces repelled ten assault actions. The enemy tried to advance near Spirne, Verkhniokamianske, Vyiimka, and Rozdolivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, Ukrainian soldiers stopped six attempts as the enemy used avaition trying to breach our defenses near Chasiv Yar.
The enemy continued active operations in the Toretsk area and launched 29 attacks in the areas of Pivnichne and New York, using guided bombs.
The Pokrovsk sector dealt with 26 assaults near Novooleksandrivka, Vozdvyzhenka, Kalynove, Karlivka, Novoselivka Persha, and Yasnobrodivka as the enemy tried to break the defense lines.
At Kurakhove, defense forces stopped enemy attacks near Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, and Paraskoviivka. Ukrainian troops foiled 12 attacks.
At Vremivka , the enemy launched three assaults on Ukrainian positions near Kostyantynivka and Novodarivka.
At Orikhiv, there were seven clashes in the areas of Mala Tokmachka and Novoandrivka. The enemy also launched about a hundred unguided missiles targeting the positions near Huliaipole, Lobkove, Rivnopole, Kamianske, and Piatykhatky.
In the Prydniprovske sector, Russian troops continued efforts to dislodge defense forces from positions on the left bank of the Dnipro. Five Russian attacks were unsuccessful.
In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, the operational situation remains unchanged, with no signs of enemy offensive group formations.
Meanwhile, the border communities in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions continue to deal with Russian shellings and sabotage and reconnaissance activities.
