6 dead, 12 wounded after Sep 11 attacks in Donetsk region

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 33 attacks on several communities across the Donetsk region. The assalut left 6 people killed and 12 more wounded, according to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.

The village of Kostayntynopyl located in Pokrovsk suburbs, saw two fatalities, while five others were injured.

One person was killed in the village of Zoryane  while another civilian was wounded in Hirnyk, where Russian barrages damaged private houses and apartment building. The private sector of Kurakhove was also under attack.  In Pokrovsk, a warehouse and infrastructure facility were damaged.

The enemy attacks damaged a recreational facility, a house, and five cars in Shchurove, Lyman community. One house was also damaged in Torske. Kostyantynivka saw some of the heaviest tolls, with three people killed and five others injured. The attack damaged 19 private houses, two apartment buildings, a store, a commercial pavilion, three power lines, and three cars.

One civilian was injured in Toretsk while two homes were damaged in Siversk.

Meawhile, the evacuation campaign is ongoing in the area. Over Wednesday, a total of 1,107 people, including 149 children, were taken away from frontline areas.
