No price rise for Ukrainian prosecutors in 2025, – draft budget

Prosecutors in Ukraine will not see an increase in their salaries in 2025, as revealed in the draft state budget that is scrapping a 31% pay rise.
Ukraine’s government earlier proposed an increase in the minimum living wage to 2,102 hryvnias, which meant aditional 3 billion hryvnias for prosecutor salaries.
Although the budget committee initially supported this proposal, the public outrcy made the Ukrainian lawmakers to axe the amendment No. 155, which promised higher salaries for prosecutors.
