In the belfry of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, the Academic Choir Chapel of the Ukrainian Radio performed Shchedryk also known in the world as the Carol of the Bells.
The event was organized by the Leontovych Institute and the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National reserve.
Shchedryk is a traditional Ukrainian folk song, which is an important part of the Ukrainian cultural heritage and Christmas traditions.
It gained popularity as the Christmas song Carol of the Bells.
