Umerov and Syrskyi discussed ammunition supply with the US Secretary of Defense

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umyerov, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi, had a telephone conversation with the US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin.

During the conversation, General Syrskyi informed Lloyd Austin about the current situation on the front line.

In particular, the parties discussed the situation and an action plan.

‘The focus was also on the supply of ammunition. We are working on the urgent needs of the Armed Forces and long-term planning,’ Umerov wrote.
