Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko assured that, despite the continuation of Russian attacks, the Ukrainian energy system remains intact.

‘There is no doubt that enemy attacks will continue. However, our energy system is integral. There will be no total blackout in the country,’ he said.

At the same time, the minister emphasized that it is necessary to be ready for any scenarios – despite the fact that the energy industry is doing everything to prevent the worst scenarios from happening.

The problems in the Ukrainian grid is caused by constant Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine’s energy facilities.
