Russia continues shelling of Kharkiv

In the evening, the Russian military continued strikes targeting Kharkiv. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported explosions in the city.

The authorities once again called on the population to stay in shelters.

Earlier in the day, the Kharkiv TV tower was destroyed by Russians with the missile strike. Governor Oleh Synehubov reported attacks on other towns and villages in the region.

The former president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, commented on the strike that targeted the TV tower in Kharkiv.
