For the second day in a row, there is a capacity deficit in the energy system of Ukraine, which forced the Ukrenergo company to ask for emergency assistance during almost the whole day.
From 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the company is going to introduce capacity restriction schedules for businesses and industry.
These measures will not affect critical infrastructure facilities and enterprises of the defense industry.
In Kharkiv region, there are also round o’clock restrictions for the population. 209 thousand consumers in the region remain without electricity due to the Russian strikes on energy objects.
Yesterday, energy minister Herman Halushchenko said that the Russian attacks would not cause total blackout in the country.
