The strike targeted the premises of the Odesa Law Academy – the students’ palace also known as Harry Potter’s castle.

According to the latest information from the authorities, 5 civilians were killed and dozens wounded. As of now, 23 people remain in hospital. 8 of them, including a 4-year-old girl, are in severe condition.

The strike caused fire, to which the State Emergency Service assigned the highest level of complexity. Due to the difficult access, the fire engines could not reach the building.
