Government extended by one month the validity of all reservations from mobilization

The Government of Ukraine decided to extend for one month all current reservations from conscription for military service during mobilization.
This refers to the reservations that were granted in accordance with Resolution No. 76 and which were supposed to expire on May 7, 2024.
The reservation from mobilization is granted to key employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations, which are determined to be critically important for ensuring the stable operation of these organizations.
Usually, such a reservation is granted for a period of up to six months. This decision will ensure the continuity of the work of key sectors of the economy and important state functions in a difficult period.

On October 6, the Administrative Cassation Court within the Supreme Court of Ukraine continued hearing case No. 990/80/25, in which the fifth President and leader of the party “European Solidarity”, Petro Poroshenko, seeks to have Presidential Decree No. 81/2025 from February 12, 2025 — enacting sanctions by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) — declared illegal and annulled. Rinat Akhmetov’s Metinvest Group has completed the construction of an upgraded underground NATO Role 2 hospital in one of the hottest sectors of the frontline. This is the second stabilization point established under the Steel Front initiative in cooperation with the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
