Two volunteers are missing in Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, after the Russian military opened fire while they were evacuating civilians.
According to the preliminary information, one volunteer may be killed and another wounded.
As reported by the witnesses, the volunteers were evacuating the local family from the area of active hostilities when the Russians opened fire.
It is also noted in the statement that the Russian troops deliberately shell residential houses in the area trying to sow panic among the civilian population.
