Ukraine is preparing to sign a security agreement with the USA, – Zelensky

On June 9, in his evening address to the nation, president Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine is preparing to sign an agreement on security guarantees with the United States of America.
Zelensky noted that among the main tasks now is to gain more support for Ukraine precisely from the point of view of the stability of the Ukrainian society.
‘We are preparing new agreements for Ukraine with European partners, in particular with Germany, regarding additional steps of support. Also, these days we are working in detail on the preparation of a bilateral security agreement between our state and the United States,’ the president stated.
He also expressed his gratitude to everyone who helps with the preparation of this security agreement.
Earlier, Ukraine signed agreements with Great Britain, Germany, France, Denmark, Canada, Italy, the Netherlands, Finland, Latvia, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Iceland, and Norway.
