The detainees planned to use self-made incendiary devices known as “Molotov cocktails”.

In total, four people were detained, two of whom are 17 years old. All the detainees are residents of Dnipro.

The Russian special services recruited them via a Telegram channel. They promised USD 3,000 for each burnt car.
