Hungarian leader Viktor Orban arrives in Kyiv for talks with Zelenskyy

Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban made a surprise visit to Ukraine’s capital on Tuesday. This marks his first trip to Ukraine since Russia’s invasion on February 24.

Orban’s advisor, Zoltan Kovacs, broke the news on the social media platform X.

The news was announced by Orban’s advisor, Zoltan Kovacs, on the social media platform X. The talks will focus on possibilities for achieving peace, as well as current issues in Hungarian-Ukrainian bilateral relations.

 

The two leaders last met in Brussels on June 27.
