On Tuesday, emergency workers recovered the body of a second civilian from the rubble of a residential building destroyed by a Russian attack. The woman’s body was found on the sixth floor of the nine-story building, which was severely damaged by a missile strike on June 28.

“The number of casualties has risen to two. Twelve more people were injured, including a child. Two people were saved,” Ukraine’s Emergency Service stated in its latest update.

The top floors of the residential building were blown away by the missile strike as Russia continues to terrorize Ukrainian cities.
