Ukraine’s power grid operator, Ukrenergo, said it would use two-phase blackouts until 4pm on Tuesday as it expected lower power consumption.

“The duration of power cuts after 4pm will be announced later,” it added.

This is good news for customers as it means shorter blackouts.

According to the company, four-phase blackouts are planned for the 4pm-10pm time slot, while three-phase blackouts will be maintained at other times.
