“Late July or early August is the time when ministers, the US National Security Agency, and security advisors will meet, as we promised, after our Peace Summit. The first meeting is likely to take place in Qatar. It will deal with energy security issues, and an energy security plan will be fully prepared there,” explained Zelenskyy.

Unrestricted navigation in the Black Sea and food security issues will be addressed during the next round of talks in Turkey in August.

Meanwhile, Canada is set to host another meeting in September where the sides will discuss the prisoner exchange and the ‘return of Ukrainian children forcibly deported to Russia.

“After these points are worked out, the plan for the implementation of the key issues will be ready, and I have set a task to have a fully prepared plan in November,” stressed the Ukrainian president, adding that Russia must be ‘present’ at the Second Peace Summit.
