Zelensky vows to ramp up domestic missile production

On Tuesday, the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has pledged to ramp up the country’s domestic missile production. The announcement came during a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff.
“We will have more missiles of our own production,” Zelensky declared firmly.
The meeting also addressed the current military situation, focusing on key areas including Pokrovsk, Toretsk, and Kharkiv. Zelensky revealed that Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi, provided updates via video conference, as he is actively overseeing operations on the ground.
Additionally, the session featured reports from the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on the evolving situation and Russian military objectives.
