On Tuesday, Ukraine’s justice ministry clarified on what fines draft-age men will pay if they fail to have their conscription records updated.  Such cases will be handled by the State Executive Service.

Enforcement will address violations of military registration rules by conscripts, reservists, and those liable for military service, as well as for breaches of defense and mobilization laws.

It can include freezing the debtor’s assets, withdrawing funds from their bank accounts, and forcibly selling property to cover the debt.

If the debtor’s available funds or valuables prove insufficient, enforcers may seize other property, except for assets protected from seizure by law.

If the debt is less than 20 times the minimum wage, enforcement cannot be applied to the debtor’s only residence or the land lot where such residence is located. In such cases, enforcers must seek other means to collect the debt, as stipulated by law.
