4 civilians killed, including 14-year-old girl as Russia attacks Donetsk communities

On October 21, Russian shelling in the Donetsk region led to to the deaths of four civilians, including a 14-year-old girl while  five others injured, according to Ukraine’s National Police.

Amont the targetered communities were Kostiantynivka, Kurakhove, Myrnohrad, Siversk, Mykolaivka, Novoukrainka, and Yantarne.

The attacks damaged at least 48 civilian structures, including 23 residential buildings.

In Myrnohrad, two bombs and a drone strike killed two residents and injured two others. In Kurakhove, one person was killed and another injured after it was targeted with guided bombs. In Novoukrainka, a drone strike claimed the life of a 14-year-old girl and left another person wounded.

One more person has been injured in Yantarne while the extent of damage and casualties there is still to be clarified.
