Ukrainian troops repel 47 enemy attacks on Kurakhove Front – General Staff

On November 12, the frontline saw a total of 162 combat engagements, with Russian troops ramping up assaults near Kurakhove.

Russian forces launched two missile strikes, firing four missiles, and carried out 87 airstrikes, deploying 151 guided bombs.  They also conducted 5,168 shelling attacks, including 110 ones coming from MLRS systems.

In response, Ukrainian rocket and artillery units struck 13 weapon and equipment depots, two ammunition and fuel storage sites, four artillery systems, and two other strategic Russian targets.

• Kharkiv Front: Russian troops attempted eight assaults near Vovchansk, but Ukrainian defenders held their positions.
• Kupiansk Front: Ukrainian forces repelled 17 attacks near Kolisnykivka, Zahrizove, Kruhliaivka, and Lozova.
• Lyman Front: Russian troops attacked six times, trying to advance near Novomykhailivka, Hrekivka, and Torske.
• Siversk Front: Ukrainian forces successfully defended against an assault near Verkhnokamianske.
• Toretsk Front: Russian forces launched 11 attacks around Toretsk and Shcherbynivka, some with air support.
• Pokrovsk Front: Ukrainian defenders halted 28 enemy assaults near Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Hryhorivka, Pustynka, and Novooleksiivka.
• Kurakhove Front: Ukrainian forces repelled 47 Russian attacks as heavy fighting unfolded  near Illinka, Novoselydivka, Voznesenka, Novodmytrivka, Dalne, and Antonivka.
• Vremivka Front: The enemy launched 15 assaults near Trudove, Maksymivka, Makarivka, Rivnopil, and Novodarivka, using bombers and strike aircraft to support ground actions.
• Prydniprovsk Front: Russian forces attacked Ukrainian positions five times but faced heavy resistance and incurred losses.
• Volyn and Polissia Fronts: There were no signs hinting at the formation of new enemy assault groups.

Along the Ukrainian border near Chernihiv and Sumy, Russian forces continue artillery and airstrikes from the Russian territory, targeting nearby Ukrainian communities.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces held back 20 enemy attacks in the ongoing operation in Russia’s Kursk region where Russian forces reportedly carried out 24 airstrikes and deployed 34 guided bombs.
