Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Thursday that the country’s military experts are currently examining the missile Russia deployed in Nov.21 attack on Dnipro.

“Today, our deranged neighbor once again demonstrated its true colors—showing how it disregards dignity, freedom, and human life. And how afraid it is. So afraid that it resorts to using new types of missiles while scouring the globe for more weapons, whether from Iran or North Korea. Today, Russia used a new missile with intercontinental ballistic capabilities—speed, altitude, and all,” Zelensky said.

The president bitterly added Russia is using Ukraine as a “testing ground” for its weapons.

Ukraine’s Air Force earlier confirmed that Russia launched what is believed to be an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) targeting Dnipro at approximately 5:18 am. The missile came from the Astrakhan region in Russia.
