EU sends €4.1 billion to Ukraine as part of aid progam – Shmyhal

Ukrainian prime minister Denys Shmyhal said on Wednesday that the European Union has transferred €4.1 billion to Ukraine as part of the Ukraine Facility program.
This marks the second installment under the program, released after Ukraine met all requirements outlined in its National Plan.
In 2024 alone, Ukraine has received a total of €16.1 billion through this initiative. The Ukraine Facility program, designed to bolster the country’s resilience and recovery, envisions €50 billion in total funding by 2027.
