1 civilian killed, 2 wounded after Russian artillery strike in Kharkiv region

At about noon, Russian troops hit with artillery the town of Kupiansk and the village of Monachynivka, Kharkiv region.

According to the Prosecutor office, 1 civilian resident was killed and 2 wounded during the attack.

The statement details that the invaders used 152 mm artillery to hit the residential area.

The prosecutors launched investigation into the case of the violation of the laws and customs of war.
