1 killed and 18 injured in Russian attack on Pavlohrad

The Russian attack that hit Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk at 7 30 pm on Friday killed at least one person and left at least twenty injured, said the regional governor Serhiy Lysak in his update on Telegram.
Early reports indicated that there were five people injured.
The governor later confirmed that one person had been killed, adding that a nine-year-old girl was among 18 people who sustained injuries in the attack. All of them were rushed to hospitals.
The attack sparked several fires in the town, including one raging in a high-rise apartment building. The fire have since been put out, and five people were rescued from the building.
