Over the past day, September 30, the Ukrainian front saw 189 combat clashes across the entire line of defense.
The enemy carried out four missile strikes with six rockets, 74 airstrikes, and dropped 128 precision-guided bombs (KABs). Russian forces also launched 4,694 artillery attacks on Ukrainian positions and settlements.
In response, Ukraine’s rocket and artillery forces destroyed several critical Russian assets, including an air defense system, a gun on a firing position, a radar station, and a key Russian military target.
- In the Kharkiv sector, Russian forces attempted to storm Ukrainian positions 16 times near Buryhvatka, Starytsia, Tykhe, and Vovchansk but failed to advance.
- The Kupyansk sector saw 24 attacks as Ukrainian defenders repelled Russian assaults near Synkivka, Novosynove, Hlushkivka, and other villages.
- On the Lyman front, the enemy launched 24 attacks, attempting to advance towards areas like Hrekivka and Makiivka. One clash remains ongoing.
- In the Siversk direction, Ukrainian forces stopped three assaults near Verkhnokamianske and Bilohorivka. Russian aviation also fired over 60 unguided rockets into the Serhiyivka Forest.
- Kramatorsk witnessed three attacks near Chasiv Yar, all of which Ukrainian troops successfully stopped.
- In the Toretsk direction, the enemy conducted 18 attacks near Toretsk, Zalizne, and Nelipivka, but suffered losses and retreated.
- The Pokrovsk sector remains the most tense, with Ukrainian defenders halting 43 assaults near settlements like Novotoretske, Novohrodivka, and Mykolaivka. Over 20 attacks were concentrated near Selidove.
- On the Kurakhove front, Ukrainian forces fended off 31 attacks, with the heaviest fighting occurring near Kurakhove and Heorhiivka.
- In the Vremivka sector, the enemy launched eight assaults near Vuhledar and Bohoyavlenka, heavily relying on bombers and strike aircraft.
- In the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces attacked near Mala Tokmachka but were met with fierce resistance and suffered significant losses.
- In the Prydniprovsk sector, no assaults were reported.
- No signs of enemy offensive group formations were detected in the Volyn and Polissia sectors.
Along the Chernihiv and Sumy borders, Russian forces continue to use artillery and airstrikes against Ukrainian villages from within Russian territory.
