300-kilogram warhead of Russian Kh-59 missile found in Sumy region

A local resident found a 300-kilogram warhead of a Russian Kh-59 missile in a forest in Sumy region.
First, he thought that the white object in the forest was just a bag of garbage left by local residents. However, upon closer inspection, he found out that this was a large warhead.
When two explosion technician came to the place, they established that the object was a warhead of a Russian Kh-59 missile.
There is a possibility that the missile did not hit the target due to a technical failure or was shot down by the air defense of Ukraine.
The discovered warhead will soon be destroyed at a special place.
