139 combat engagements were reported across the frontline on November 19, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Russian forces launched two missile strikes, 73 airstrikes, deployed five missiles, and dropped 124 guided aerial bombs. They also used 1,445 kamikaze drones and conducted over 4,400 shellings, including 173 attacks with multiple launch rocket systems.

Ukrainian defense forces struck two concentrations of Russian personnel, three artillery systems, two air defense units, a radar station, two command posts, an ammunition depot, and another critical enemy facility.

In the Kharkiv sector, Russian forces attempted five breaches near Vovchansk but failed. In the Kupiansk sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 11 assaults near Kindrashivka, Lozova, Petropavlivka, Zahryzove, Pershotravneve, and Krugliakivka, with intense enemy aviation activity reported. In the Lyman sector, Russian forces launched 14 attacks near Hrekivka, Novoyehorivka, Hryhorivka, Torske, and Terny.

One clash occurred in the Kramatorsk sector near Stupochky. On the Toretsk sector, Russian forces carried out eight air-supported attacks near Toretsk, Druzhba, and Shcherbynivka. In the Pokrovsk sector, 38 Russian assaults were thwarted near Promin, Lysivka, Petrivka, Dachenke, Myrolyubivka, Novotoretske, Yurivka, Pustynka, and Pushkyne.

In the Kurakhove sector, Ukrainian troops repelled 23 attacks in areas including Novoselidivka, Sontsivka, Berestky, Kurakhove, Dalne, Yelyzavetivka, and Antonivka.

In the Vremivka sector, Russian forces, supported by aviation, attempted 15 assaults near Kostyantynopilske, Trudove, Sukhyi Yaly, Rozdolne, and Novodarivka.

In the Orikhiv sector, Russian forces failed to advance toward Novoandriivka.

In the Prydniprovske sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled two Russian advances, forcing the enemy to retreat after sustaining losses.

There were no signs of Russian offensive formations observed in the Volyn and Polissia sectors.

On the border with Sumy Oblast, Russian forces actively targeted Ukrainian communities using their artillery and aviation.
