Kharkiv to extend the list of settlements for mandatory evacuation of children

In Kharkiv region, the authorities plan to evacuate children and their families from several front-line settlements in particular Kupiansk and Izium districts.

Region governor Oleh Synehubov noted that dozens of families with children love in these settlements.

The mandatory evacuation for children in Kupiansk and Izium districts will be discussed at the next meeting of Kharkiv authorities.

The reason for mandatory evacuation is constant Russian air and artillery strikes that target residential areas and civilian infrastructure in frontline areas.
