The Security Service detained a group of young people in Dnipro. On the instructions of the Russian special services, they were going to set fire to the cars of Ukrainian servicemen from military offices.

The detainees planned to use self-made incendiary devices known as “Molotov cocktails”.

In total, four people were detained, two of whom are 17 years old. All the detainees are residents of Dnipro.

The Russian special services recruited them via a Telegram channel. They promised USD 3,000 for each burnt car.

The Security Service of Ukraine continues investigation into the case.
