Almost 60% Ukrainians trust both Zelensky and Zaluzhnyi, – opinion poll

According to the results of a survey by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), Ukrainians trust Commander-in-Chief Valery Zaluzhnyi more than they trust President Volodymyr Zelensky. At the same time, 59% of respondents trust them both.
The Armed Forces retain the greatest trust of Ukrainians – 96%.
If to compare the results with December 2022, the critical attitude towards the authorities is increasing.
In particular, the poll recorded the following decrease in trust:
- to the Verkhovna Rada – from 35% to 15%, mistrust increased from 34% to 61%;
- trust in the government decreased from 52% to 26%, mistrust increased from 19% to 44%;
- to SBU – from 63% to 58%, 16% do not trust today;
- to the police – from 58% to 41%, mistrust increased from 14% to 29%.
Currently, 62% of respondents trust the president of Ukraine, 18% do not trust him, while last year in December 84% trusted him, and 5% did not.
According to the survey, trust in volunteers remains high – 84%, only 3% of respondents do not trust them.
In addition, the results of the survey showed a significant decrease in trust in courts and prosecutors – only 12% and 9% trust them, respectively.
