Art Academy in Kyiv partly destroyed during today’s missile attack

During the Monday morning missile attack on Kyiv, the fragments of the shot Russian missile damaged the premises of the Art Academy.

The explosions were heard in the city in few seconds after the air alert announcement. The strike destroyed the gym, the congress hall and the exhibition center.

According to the preliminary information, on Academy employee was wounded during the attack.

At about 10:30 am, Russian troops attacked Kyiv with two ballistic missiles launched from the occupied Crimea.

Air Force commander Mykola Oleshchuk reported that both missiles were intercepted by the Ukrainian air defense.

However, the fragments of the shot missiles hit several city districts.
