Dnipro attacked by ballistic missiles – Ukraine’s Air Force

In the early hours on Wednesday, Russia targeted the city of Dnipro with nine missiles, one of which was an interballistic one the enemy had never used before, as reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
The attack inculded:

- An intercontinental ballistic missile, fired from the Astrakhan region.
- An aeroballistic Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” missile, launched by a MiG-31K fighter jet from the Tambov region.
- Seven Kh-101 cruise missiles, fired by Tu-95MS strategic bombers from the Volgograd region.
In a dry statement, Dnipro officials said the strike hit the city “industrial facilities and critical infrastructure”.
Ukrainian air defense forces intercepted six of the Kh-101 cruise missiles while the remaining ones reportedly caused no significant damage.
As of 9:20 a.m., no casualties or injuries have been reported.
The Ukrainian Air Force called on people to take heed of air raid alerts and also urged media outlets to “share information [on the strikes] responsibly”.
