Electricity surplus three days in a row, – energy ministry

Due to warming and active operation of solar power plants, there has been a surplus of electricity in the energy system of Ukraine for the third day in a row.

Yesterday, surpluses were transferred to Poland from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. A surplus of electricity is also expected for today.

There are 21 units of heat generation in reserve. Commercial import and export of electricity are also planned.

On February 27, the first joint monthly auction for access to interstate crossings with the supply of electricity in March for Ukraine and Moldova ended. The auction lasted for a week.
