First underground school built in Kharkiv

The first underground school has been built in Kharkiv. Now, the school is being equipped to start the educational process.

The school has 20 classrooms and 900 students in two shifts can attend it. The school is almost ready to start operation.

The mayor thanked all international partners who helped to implement the project in the shortest possible time.

Ihor Terekhov also announced the construction of underground schools in other city districts. The need for safe schools is becoming more and more urgent since Russia is intensifying its air strikes on the city.
