The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for monitoring and controlling the use of international military aid to meet the needs of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine during the legal regime of martial law.

The resolution regulates the interaction of state bodies regarding receipt, transfer and accounting of the provision of international military aid.

International military aid is a new concept introduced by this resolution and will apply to all assistance provided to support the Defense Forces on a free basis during martial law.

In addition, the resolution provides a reporting mechanism for the received equipment. This algorithm will help control the movement of material resources from their receipt to use.

‘Our goal is to create a ‘single window’ for communication with partners. That is, to build such a mechanism within the country so that all levels of government are aware of the urgent needs for our army,’ said deputy defense minister Stanislav Haider.
