Massive destruction after Russian strikes on Kherson

During the night, the Russian troops massively shelled the city of Kherson. The strikes set on fire three residential houses, a construction hypermarket, and other civilian facilities.

According to the State Emergency Service, five fires broke out simultaneously in different areas. To eliminate the consequences of shelling, the rescuers used all available forces and equipment.

While the firefighters were extinguishing the fires, the Russian military continued to shell the residential areas of the city.

In addition, governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported attacks on Antonivka, Lvovve, Kachkarivka, Stanislav, Zolota Balka, Beryslav, Kizomys, Sadove, and other settlements in the region.

The strikes damaged 4 apartment blocks, 14 private houses, a critical infrastructure object, a medical facility, a kindergarten, shops, and other civilian objects.
