Massive Russian missile and drone attack hits Ukraine

During the night, Russian troops massively attacked Ukraine with unmanned aerial vehicles and various types of missiles.

First, late in the evening of April 10, the enemy launched Shahed drones from the south in the west and north-west directions.

Then, the Air Force warned about the takeoff of Tu-95MS strategic bombers. Around 4 am, the invaders fired rockets targeting different regions of Ukraine. Later, MiG fighters took off and launched Kinzhal ballistic missiles.

Explosions were heard in Kharkiv and the region. Governor Oleh Synehubov informed about at least 10 strikes on the critical infrastructure. Mayor Ihor Terekhov warned about possible electricity disruptions.

Kyiv region authorities reported an attack on the critical infrastructure object and fire caused by the strike.

Russian strikes were also reported in Zaporizhzhia and Lviv regions.

Energy minister Herman Halushchenko stated that the attack targeted Ukraine’s energy infrastructure in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, and Kyiv regions.

Later, the Ukrainian Air Force made a statement regarding the today’s massive missile and drone  attack.
