The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine created the Council of Donors of Institutional Reforms, which will deal with the effective and transparent communication with partner countries that support transformational processes.

‘The Donor Council will help us simplify communication with partners through regular updates on the progress of reforms and will become a transparent mechanism for requesting donor support for ministry reform projects,’ deputy defense minister Stanislav Haider stated.

The Council will provide expert assistance, material and technical support, preparation of expert proposals, and consultations on the interoperability with the NATO.

The Council includes representatives of more than 20 countries and organizations, including defense attachés, diplomatic representatives of partner countries, as well as international defense organizations working in Ukraine.
