Most Ukrainians believe genocide is main Russian goal, – poll results

According to a new survey conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology, the majority of Ukrainians (60%) believe that the Russian Federation is aiming for genocide and the destruction of the Ukrainian nation.
Another 6% said that the Russian Federation seeks to conquer all the territory of Ukraine. Only 7% believe that Russia intends to keep the already occupied territories under control, but does not claim the whole or most of the territory of Ukraine.
In addition, 12% believe that Russia seeks to change the government in Ukraine and create a puppet state that will be governed by Moscow.
This poll involved 1,067 respondents from all regions controlled by the government of Ukraine.
