‘Partial’ outages hit Mykolaiv and it suburbs on Thursday afte Russian forces launched strikes on energy infrastructure overnight on October 17, according to regional governor Vitaliy Kim.

Energy workers have already “partially” restored electricity, though repair efforts continue.

Local official reported that air defense systems were deployed earlier to counter the enemy’s strikes, which still caused some unspecified damage that led to power shutoffs. The situation with power supply appears to be fixed thanks to the energy company teams.

No casualties have been reported from the strikes.
