ntense clashes with a third concentrated around Pokrovsk – frontline update

One hundred battles have raged across the multiple fronts since the start of the day, according to the 4 pm frontline update from Ukraine’s General Staff  with 34 of those taking place around Porkovsk.

• Kharkiv front: Russian forces launched two assaults near Vovchansk, sparking ongoing clashes. Meanwhile, enemy aircraft struck Vetrynarne and Kozacha Lopan with unguided rockets.
• Kupiansk front: Backed by assault aviation, Russian troops made two bold attempts to breach Ukrainian positions near Lozova. Ukrainian defenders continue to hold the line as the fighting intensifies.
• Lyman front: In a day marked by relentless aggression, Russian forces carried out 17 attacks near Pervomaiske, Novoyehorivka, Nadiya, Terny, Torske, Zarichne, Dibrova, and the Serebrianske Forest. Five fierce clashes are still underway.
• Siversk front: The enemy launched two offensives in the Bilohorivka area and towards Vyimka but faced a strong Ukrainian pushback.
• Kramatorsk front: Ukrainian troops thwarted two enemy assaults near Chasiv Yar.
• Toretsk front: Russian forces attempted to dislodge Ukrainian units near Shcherbynivka and Toretsk. Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled four attacks, with one battle still in progress.

Pokrovske front saw the most intense activity, with 34 enemy offensives aimed at displacing Ukrainian defenders from positions around Myroliubivka, Promin, Vozdvyzhenka, Lysivka, Dachenke, Novyi Trud, Shevchenko, Novoelyzavetivka, Novovasylivka, and Vovkove. Ukrainian forces successfully repelled 25 of these attacks, while the enemy’s losses are being assessed.

• In Kurakhove, Ukrainian defenders beat back nine attacks and are locked in three ongoing clashes near Petropavlivka, Slovyanka, Dachne, and Kurakhove.
• The Vremivka axis witnessed seven assaults near Kostyantynopil, Rozlyv, Novyi Komar, and Novodarivka. Russian airstrikes hit Kostyantynopil, Oleksiivka, and Zelenyi Pol using guided bombs.

Ukrainian forces countered 11 enemy offensives in the Kursk region, where six clashes are still raging. Meanwhile, Russian aviation launched five strikes on their own territory using nine guided bombs.

On other fronts, the situation remains relatively stable with no significant changes reported.
