Ukraine’s energy operator informed about the consequences of the massive Russian missile and drone attack.
The company stated that the strikes caused damage to dozens of energy facilities.
Emergency outages have been employed in 7 regions of Ukraine. The Ukrainian grid receives emergency assistance from Romania, Slovakia, and Poland.
The most difficult situation is in Kharkiv, Odesa, Kirovohrad, and Dnipro regions. At the same time, the energy system of Ukraine has not collapsed and continues to operate as a whole.
The emergency teams are doing their best to restore the damaged facilities and electricity supply to the population.
As reported by the Air Force, the invaders launched 151 missiles of different types and attack drones. The Ukrainian air defense managed to intercept 55 enemy drones and 37 missiles.
The strikes caused civilian casualties in different regions of the country.
Emergency outages were reported in Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, and Odesa regions. In Kharkiv, 700 thousand people are left without electricity.
