Overnight attack on Zaporizhzhia: number of injured rises to 17

The toll from last night’s Russian assault on Zaporizhzhia continues to rise, with the number of injured now standing at 17. Among the victims are reportedly four women – they were hospitalized in moderate condition, while the rest are receiving medical care at home.
The attack left widespread destruction in its wake, with 13 apartment buildings, schools, private homes, garages, and vehicles suffering damage. Russian forces launched at least seven airstrikes across the city and surrounding Zaporizhzhia district as the enemy is stepping up the use of guided bombs.
Emergency responders, utility services, and volunteers are working at the scene. Meanwhile, local authorities re-introduced “Points of Invincibility” to support those affected by the strikes. According to the latest reports, among the injured is a child.
Five armored vehicles “Kozak” have received a new mission – thanks to the support of Metinvest, they have been upgraded to full-fledged command and staff vehicles. These upgraded vehicles are now operating on the front line.
