Overnight drone attack, – air command report

During the night, Russian military again targeted the territory of Ukraine with a massive drone attack.

The invaders launched 42 Shahed unmanned aerial vehicles from the territory of the occupied Crimea and Kursk and Krasnodar regions of the Russian Federation.

The Ukrainian air defense managed to intercept and destroy 38 out of 42 enemy drones.

The drones were downed in Dnipro, Kherson, Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, and Sumy region.

However, several Russian drones hit residential areas in Sumy, wounding 7 people, including a 10-year-old child.

In Khmelnytskyi region, an enemy drone targeted an infrastructure object causing electricity disruption in several settlements.
